Just a record date since the distribution date will be tied to filing and
new tickers being approved. Anticipated in the first quarter.. IPO could
be very nice IMO.. The way the parent company has structured this by
holding shares of each spin off instead of 100% spin makes me very
comfortable in the valuation after spins.. I know what traders are going
to try and do here in between record dates but it could bite them very
hard if we get some motivated investors here.
