That's absolutely correct.

But when a loser sells his shell, he doesn't dictate who buys it or what they do with it.

Therefore, limiting the sale to any specific business model doesn't make sense unless he intends to remain involved.

So, what's your interpretation as to why Shrira is demanding he'll only sell it to a biotech firm?
