LOL! Even in the U.S., it is not "hundreds of thousands," but it definitely is a lot...far more than it should be! Every once in a while the SEC does nail one of the "smaller" players, like Pawson and Thompson! IMO...The real number of perpetrators is probably a few hundred OR maybe even a thousand!
