Trial starts September next year! Does anybody really think tmm can last that long? Funding has dried up. No customers, no contracts, no licenses, no patents, no revenues, NOTHING! And even if they last that long they are going to get CRUSHED in court!

Well, I guess they do have some monster monthly lawyer bills, management (haha) bills, advisor (lots of them doing ??? for tmm!) bills, outsourced mystery study (Ford slush fund) bills, etc..

Exactly how does that work when there has been ZERO income since the 90's? Oh yeah, they count on suckers to write those $300,000 checks and they need about one of those per month to keep up the sham. Who's next to step up?
