"Slap the ask" is just an attempt to get any unlearned newcomers to buy and raise the SP in order to pad the swing trader wallets! Fsnr isn't doing anything so it's just play it like any other penny stock with manipulation!
It's mainly a cry for someone to get some movement on this stock because the company is not producing and likely not going to!
