It would appear we are in CoHospice, where companies go to die... We have been screwed and screwed and screwed! Surely there is some recourse. Doesn't the BOD have some fiduciary obligation to the SH's or at least to the entity that is the company? It seems that some of these maneuvers fly in the face of responsible corporate governance and might even be actionable; possibly even illegal...

Geez, if they're going to screw us couldn't we at least get a kiss out of it?? Oh, that's right, we got a "Kiss our A's!" from the BOD!
