Hey guys,

I don't think there is a halt going on per se. I use Scottrade and tried to buy a million shares today. Scottrade stopped the trade and told me I had to call my local branch before I tried to execute the trade. Essentially, the middle man fees are more expensive than the stock, so some places will not allow interested buyers to purchase the stock
