It may seem like that would be the obvious assumption based on what your witnessing here but that Cheese is the beauty or stench depending on what side of the fence you're on of the pinks exchange. His fate is really in the hands of the toxic funders. As long as their is liquidity and the ability to R/S and that is what I see coming, this CEO will live to wash rinse and repeat cycle. So he is on easy street with the pinks. Where he should be very nervous is if the DTCC is being alerted ... and in the old days... that would be like mike Wallace from 60 mins knocking on your door wanting to interview you. Now that would make for a very bad day.
