In its simplest explanation, with 500m shares we had a bottom on the stock at 0.03 on jan 18 2013, volume on that day 65,2 mil.
No news then.

Bottoming now with presumed 1b shares at 0.015, double the shares.
No news now.. yet. Volumes hardly noticeable.
It is all reflected in the price.
