fair point. you are right that if you make false or hype-type statements, you are likely to screw up. i was searching for claims that are precise, positive and truthful without being misleading.
on the other hand, wave's sales people haven't exactly demonstrated they know what sells product on a large scale in their market. it isn't easy to sell a product that doesn't completely solve a general problem. maybe it is easier to target the precise problem it does solve.
