The Market - indeed isn't stupid.

However - The Market tends to only look at what's happening in the short term, and weighs potential long-term benefit against short-term risk.

So - about the only way to 'beat' the market (unless one has inside information) is to look at what it is doing, figure out what the market is looking at, what it is not (yet) looking at, do an assessment of the risks,.... and take a calculated risk.

So what we are looking at with NNVC is the market looking at the available information and the 'herd' (some of whom are low-information investors as regards companies like NNVC) making a choice to look elsewhere at present.

When assessment of short-term risk changes - we'll see a correlated change in shareprices,... up or down, depending on the nature of the risk being increased or decreased.

It's the endgame that's important for long-term investors here. Traders have a different outlook.
