As per the most recent 10-Q,

Generally, endorsement and sponsorship payments are expensed straight-line over the term of the contract after giving recognition to periodic performance compliance provisions of the contract. Prepayments made under the contracts are included in either current or long-term prepaid expenses depending on the performance period for which the prepayment applies.



Does this mean that the signing of Woods in June for instance would be expensed over the term of the contract? In which case, would the 400,000 - 450,000 shares be accounted for over the 4 year term of the agreement?
