You think that spreading your individual ownership of a stock among various entities relieves you of being considered a beneficial owner in the SEC's eyes?

I never said that and the issue is moot as OTC Pink Sheet companies are not required to file their insider disclosures with the SEC. If MDMN were an SEC filer (which it is not), then shareholders should expect the appropriate disclosures as required from the company.
