Yes ozone is a proven technology. That is not the question/concern. I am concerned that ES, even though a small company, as I imagine most ozone companies are, is not registered or approved by any government agency. I looked up companies such as Clearwater Tech, which seems to be the biggest player, is a small company but they are EPA Established. Eco-Safe is not EPA Established which makes it illegal for them to sell ozone equipment. Why are they not EPA Established? That is my concern. I don't want them losing contracts and getting sued because they are selling equipment to "major" establishments without following required Federal guidelines.
