It's meaningless and it shows you how clueless and ignorant BW is (or pretends to be)! When a stock does a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT it is a known FACT that the AS doesn't decrease proportionately...it STAYS THE SAME! He (BW) probably knows that but figures the shareholders are too dumb that they'd actually believe the A/S being "reduced" (sarc) to under a BILLION shares is somehow seen as a "positive"! I'm surprised he didn't pat himself on the back by not Reversing BBDAD 1,000 to 1 like last time!! Remember his infamous video from the last RS? He actually made it seem like he was doing the Shareholders a great service by not reducing them 5,000 or even 2,500 to 1...,go figure that pus!
