1.) All documents submitted to become OTC Pink Current

2.) Start releasing press releases once current with OTC Markets

3.) Name change completed and current with Nevada Secretary of State

4.) Still in NEGOTIATIONS to acquire 3 companies, 2 in Dallas, Texas and 1 in Austin. The first company located in Dallas, is a Pool company with about $1.2 million in revenue. The second company also located in Dallas, is a Remodeling and Construction company with about $1 million in revenue. The third company located in Austin, is a Pool company with about $3 million in sales annually

5.) 2 pool contracts in place totaling $120,000.00

6.) Pool maintenance agreements up to over 50

7.) Rep. from Coast Spas came by to see retail store. Was very pleased and conservatively estimated AVEW should sell between 70-100 spas/ hot tubs. AVEW has been provided sales coverage from Wacko, Texas to San Antonio, Texas which is about a 100 mile radius.

8.) With all acquisitions to date, AVEW should do $10,000,000.00 in revenue for 2014
