This was Tesarski back in may 2014...

Judge by yourself...nice reminder of doing NOTHING

So good morning TECO stakeholders, for obvious reasons I will not be trolling the investor boards, I will be instead focussing my energies on building a better TECO. I do have a funny feeling this post may never make it to IHub... BUT I did attempt to post it... We have a problem and it can only be resolved with results and not rhetoric, so here it is. Understand albeit this is for the Ihub detractors, you all now have the same information.

Chris Tesarski

"TD et al, obviously we have a problem. I will acknowledge it. I said in the PR that my number one priority is to get credibility back. I am not going to get into running board battles with you and the other unhappy posters here. If you wish to contact me please do so chris.tesarski@texassandsresources.com

I am simply trying to see what we can do to build a better TECO. If that is possible, I think you will agree that this would be positive for all involved. Unless of course you have a professional reason to see that TECO does not succeed. I have access to media and to a relatively robust social media presence. I am committed to using that to discourage the negativity and build something positive. I cannot guarantee anything, but I won't hide. You've got my email. The Abilene office number is 325-218-4141. I would like to think that if you can give me until December 31st, that when we look back we will have actually made real progress and come a long way.

The production reporting for these properties got lost in the transition from DJ&T and Premier royalties filing/not filing and the change over to the bond with TEXAS SANDS RESOURCES, I got the 30 day notice, blah blah blah. I have my user name and password today from the RRC... hopefully I am told it should be a 24 hour thing and I will go online and amend the reporting. I have absolutely no idea, well actually I do, as to why the Thomason/Callaway is such a dog's breakfast of lease numbers. Predecessors wished to ensure that "investors" got "their share", and didn't share in someone else's. I intend to do a single filing for both leases and have ONE THOMASON RANCH LEASE and ONE CALLAWAY RANCH LEASE.

As for the Evans, we have spent well over half a million dollars on that lease preparing it for a waterflood and developing new technology, the water systems being one of those. All of the wells were FINALLY up and running, my roustabout had laid down cattle guards and was coming back to build them and lo and behold a cow knocked the electrical box loose and burned out a motor. This is the joys of the industry. You are correct there has not been evidence of consistent production there, we have resolved that and shareholders should be able to see consistent production there starting in June. One thing that we do bring to the TECO equation though... monthly oil cheques. Two more loads were just called in yesterday, one from Evans and one from Thomason.

So speaking of leases, Abilene is known for great steaks. I would be pleased to sit down over one with any stakeholders that wish to see what we are doing and wish to view our leases and what we will attempt to do to build shareholder value in and around Abilene/West Texas... and hopefully beyond.

You may find my responses laughable (INDEED) and may choose to disregard them, as I say I don't pretend to know who you are, but I do know I can find out if I choose to do so. I would prefer though to let you know how to contact me. Let's do so in a spirit of "standoff" if nothing else. I am aware that the only way I will change your mind and the mind of the others who are angry with TECO here, is with results. Rhetoric means nothing. You now know how to contact me. I will await your response to that and understand I will HONESTLY provide you the answers I KNOW and seek to get answers to that which I don't. I don't have the infamous "29 questions", email them to me though and at my next Board Meeting in June I will table it as an agenda item.

Regards,

Chris Tesarski"
