Madindet: Let me try to make this very simple.

There were DUMPERS (Metter, Moscowitz and other Spongecrap principals) that illegally dumped fraudulent shares that had their restrictive legends removed. They are the perpetrators. The DOJ, led by Loretta Lynch, botched this case big time with the two major swindlers getting a $100 fine (Metter) and probation (Moscowitz).

There were DUMPEES (all the people who bought these fraudulent shares) that in most cases unknowingly purchased fraudulent shares that were dumped on the open market. There may have been some "investors" that knowingly bought the fraudulent shares and immediately resold them, but to date there has been no proof that third parties knowingly bought these shares and no other indictments that I'm aware of.
