The problem with "historical" is that you aren't going to get an FDA approval using that as the control. I just gave you a "historical" study with a 10 month MOS. All apples to oranges unless it's a double blinded phase 2 or 3. Liver will most likely end up in the same wasteland with our phase 2 breast cancer trial that doubled OS vs "historical" studies 4 years ago.
