I haven't heard anything. I found this interesting. It was on the Form 4 Statement of Change in Beneficial Ownership that was just filed that was VNTH news.

It had this note:

( 1) Shares are owned directly by Nanobeak LLC, a ten percent owner of the issuer, and indirectly by Jeremy Barbera as the majority shareholder, director and executive officer of Nanobeak LLC. Jeremy Barbera exercises sole voting and dispositive power of the 112,300,000 shares of common stock beneficially owned by Nanobeak LLC.

Why does it explicitly state "owned directly by Nanobeak" and indirectly by Jeremy Barbera?

Maybe I'm just not understanding the statement and why it needs to be disclosed that way.
