edcpf, I think this PPHM strategy focusing on going after STANDARDS OF CARE is brilliant. Because BAVI’s PS target is universal to the multiplicity of cancer indications. We have a broad spectrum treatment platform that is not only efficacious, but shown to be very safe for patients.

Your quote:

“...bavituximab can be added to any immunotherapy SOC (with Anti-PD1 as an example) to make it better with high probability.”

The most interesting item I heard in the recent quarterly CC was Steve King saying:

“BAVI has the potential to be combined with many other treatments that are already the Standard of Care.”

IMO, this was not a casual statement.

We have the phase3 lung cancer trial now well underway with the goal of FDA approval for standard of care in previously treated NSCLC.

We also have the BAVI + YERVOY phase1 “SHOW TRIAL” where we have the opportunity to see the substantial improvements in human patients that we have already seen in PS/CTLA-4 pre-clinical work.

THIS TRIAL SETS PEREGRINE UP FOR A PATHWAY TO A SECOND STANDARD OF CARE, THIS TIME IN ADVANCED MELANOMA!

I expect that this is only the beginning of this strategic pathway for the company, or its corporate inheritors.

BROAD SPECTRUM means that BAVI, and its platform descendants, will have the ability to eventually go after much of this extensive list of cancer indications below.
