This is a fact,,,a scam company would never try to draw additional attention to their shares through getting DTC's or other official acts that might be noticed by the SEC.

This company has been around for 10 years or so and after a bumpy patch, has now started to right their ship and get the house in order.

The pps is so volatile because of all the day traders and it will take major substantive news, and repeated substantive news to break free.

Keep the faith, it will happen. IMHO
