...Guy, thru BS didn't want to fight.......obviously, they quit way too early in the game..............but WE - WE had to 'process' the BK and protect the NOL from the IRS and SEC and negotiate with the claimants - - paid in full.....??????........

...in hindsight, this DISASTER begins to look more logical.............ugly, but the events are understood........carmen, here...................
