Actually, it looks like Sal gave US Coproducts and Kelso Office each 9MM shares out of the 20MM converted, leaving him 2 Million.

Look at (b) and (c) below and you can see that 149,000 Preferreds were supposed to be converted to 1,499,000,000 Common, an apparent error of 9MM shares in each line.

But the "error" in line (d)- converting 2,000 Prefs into 2,000,000 common instead of 20,000,000, leaves a difference of 18 MM shares, which it appears was split up with 9MM each to Kelso and USCoProducts.
