either way.. no 10Q equalls bye bye..

stating facts is not corrupt nor immoral..

lying or remaining silent/hiding to investors in the face of delisting is..

this is a public company... not private.

those financial statements belong to shareholders and are being deliberatley witheld from you. every day they are witheld you will see more and more starting to panic to get out..

your shares are again irrelevant, its clear there are plenty of other available to fill the role of selling shares..
