Tom Simpson,was CTO for Digital Focus Media and one of the founders of the old TMMI and CEO of DFI!!.
When one of the founders of the old TMMI starts up a new company, then comes back to the company that he was a founder at,that should of open your eyes but, it didn't!!.
And it seemed within a blink of an eye all of them changed rolls and switched companies!!.

Joe Stratter became CEO of DFMI by 2001, and we know the rest of the story which brings us to where we are today...
Joe Stratter/Magnum Financial was retained by the old TMMI in a consulting capacity to help develop communication strategies, investor relations materials, and to advise the
company on SEC and OTCBB trading issues.
Recently,as of June 2014 Joe Stratter received 800,000 shares from TMMI as pointed out in the Quarterly Report and Tom Simpson gave back those 10 million shares he was given as well!!.
