MORE BAAAAD RUMORS THAT ARE 100% FALSE is more like it.

The BAAD NEWS is that we have to endure these outrageous statements about charlottes web that have been proven 100% incorrect. Unfortunately these gutter rats are allowed to post their lying crap over and over in ihub. There is no scandal except for the person who started the rumor who was recently exposed by Derek Peterson, CEO of TRTC. Would you know who that might be - lol.

The real facts: Mr. James saw that the charlottes web name was available and he put in an application to see if he could register the name for their CBD product line. Later after all this surfaced, he withdrew his application. There were others who also applied for the name and to date all applications have been denied. However, a certain individual has twisted the facts and keeps beating this dead horse even though this has been over and done with for a very long time. You see he can't find anything bad to attack Mr. James with, so he resort to manufacturing his own stories that are 100% false and misleading. This is why real DD w/verifiable facts is so important.
