Yes they of course new of the 6 million barrel claim by Treaty. Again I don't think Princess was a part of that. I believe Princess and the Petroleum Department was giving Treaty a chance to prove there was any real sign of oil by allowing Treaty to finish well 1 and drill well 3... If the Petroleum department thought that Princess was a part of Treaty's scam they would have taken back the concession from Princess. They never did and in fact still have a little less that a year left on it. Treaty did not abandon the concession as Treaty claims. The truth is Princess did not renew thier contract to be operator and that was reason Treaty left Belize and even though Treaty was still responsible for plugging the dry holes Treaty refused to do so. Princess ended up contracting that out to somebody else and at thier expense.
