I have to disagree here with you JG. The company has >$40 MM cash on hand now. Thier cash burn rate is currently quite low.

There really is absolutly no good reason to sell shares until deep into 2015 at the least. Potentially - not until sometime in 2016 depending on whether the 'burn' rate increases when Flucide goes into clinical trials.

And - on a more positive note - when shareprices increase as TOX is done, and as we see (hopefully positive) results from Ebolacide,.... they will have to offer out far fewer shares to get the same amount of operating capital.

They won't have to dip into those 'Shelf' share any time real soon.
