thanks for reminding me everyday, but I think I can read as well as you, and I'm really not concerned with the daily fluctuations or even the latest take down ... you know as well as I do that the MM's must have read my post where I stated the above and they're clearly trying to teach me a lesson !!
You seem to have a propensity for posting old information, so in the future why don't you try to stay current with what I say ...

It went on to say that 2015 would be the year for mobile video ads, and Mr. Shareef clearly stated in his last conference call that he would start announcing large contracts with well-known brands beginning in 2015. I clearly stated that I didn't think ADTM would be applying for listing on the NASDAQ until after the 10-K is released. Some poo poo that statement, because ADTM will show a significant loss for the year; however, I do believe that announcing deals with well-known brands will trump the loss and even more dilution, if necessary ... just imagine if Mr. Shareef announces that he has a deal with LeBron James for syndication of his premium video content !!!
In my opinion, FWIW, I believe that such an announcement would put the NASDAQ required $3.00 closing bid price for ADTM in the rear view mirror never to be seen again."
