Non-attorneys can follow the legal process, maronti.

They just do some DD which amounts to more than repeating what Ron Carter and Solomon Ali tell them.

Real, and objective DD includes going to a fact-based website which has posted all publicly available details of the cases.

That website shows 3 of the cases filed by Eyetalk365 remain open and 1 is closed. No need to be an attorney to follow that.

If you want to go deeper you can read where the website provides documents which show that the sole Plaintiff is Eyetalk365 LLC. That fact is contained in statement of corporate disclosure filed with the court.

The same website provides documents which show that Eyetalk365 applied for, and received, a voluntary dismissal of the case they brought against Protect America.

Now for some interpretation of the facts.

First, it's obvious you know that a voluntarily dismissed can be re-instated by the Plaintiff.

Second, it's equally obvious that Ron Carter wont tell you why the case would need to be re-instated.

Third, IF the case against Protect America was dismissed because agreement was reached to settle then it is obvious that no competent attorney for Eyetalk365 would dismiss a strong case unless and until that agreement was watertight.

And, fourth, IF there is a watertight agreement in place then REVO needs to issue an 8-K. Not because REVO is a plaintiff in the case, but because REVO has a financial interest in the settlement.
