ed2000 ... Believe me, I ...

I would never have asked you if I didn't believe you knew what you were talking about ... I may be a tech dummy, but I think I can recognize talent when I see it. Also, with as much as I've read about the Company and what they say their technology can do, that's all I need to know assuming it can, indeed, do what they say it can.

I'm aware, as I have stated before, that you are no longer a shareholder and you've made up your mind that for various reasons, the Company will fail. I truly respect your view even though mine is completely the opposite.

That being said, I was really hoping you would reply in spite of that, and I'm truly grateful that you were kind enough to do so.

I hope I can keep your attention a little longer as I do have a couple questions ...

Am I correct then in assuming that your experience with the player was before it came out of beta ? If so, do you have no desire then to try out the finished product ? I certainly couldn't blame you if you didn't, especially with writing the Company and getting no response.

Obviously, I can't say for sure, but when I sent a couple questions to pr@adaptivem.com I received prompt and helpful replies from Kevin Yamano; in fact, he was kind enough to explain the situation and provided me with the links I previously posted ... one was the presentation accompanied by a slideshow and the other two were interviews by New to the Street.

I would bet anything that if you do chose to work over the new player and were confronted with certain technical issues and sent them to the above e-mail address, Kevin would pass them along to the appropriate tech people for two reasons: as a courtesy to you and because he would want the answers himself ... he does not want to be responsible for trying to sell potential clients on utilizing flawed software.

I know this might be construed as just another one of my "long winded useless posts" which I'm sure hardly anyone bothers to read, but I can assure you that a lot of thought based on what I've learned about the Company goes into it, and if you would be kind enough to indulge me just a bit longer, I would like to address two issues that seem to be the most disheartening ...

1. Mr. Shareef did promise he would never overstate anything, but that was in his first conference call, and since that time long ago, to my knowledge, has never made a "prediction" in the strict sense of the word since. Yes, he gave some "estimations" that happened to fall short of the mark, but he isn't the only CEO who has done this and it won't be the last. One only has to look at FUEL to see the repercussion falling short of guidance caused there, and that's not even mentioning all the robotic traffic they created for there clients ... this is a ad tech company that has been in business for 7-8 years, hasn't even come close to profitability which meant dilution up the axx for their shareholders over the years, and yet this company provides only a fragment of what ADTM provides and it's still in business and even making new partnerships. Now I see FUEL just announced a new CFO; after all, that's who CEOs rely on for their guidance and estimates.

2. I posted before that I would be happy to see ADTM come close to generating $2 million in revenue for the fourth quarter accompanied by another sizable loss, and this was before I read an article that indicated brands won't be taking advantage of mobile video for the current holiday selling season, because they're just not sure they'll achieve the results they want. It went on to say that 2015 would be the year for mobile video ads, and Mr. Shareef clearly stated in his last conference call that he would start announcing large contracts with well-known brands beginning in 2015. I clearly stated that I didn't think ADTM would be applying for listing on the NASDAQ until after the 10-K is released. Some poo poo that statement, because ADTM will show a significant loss for the year; however, I do believe that announcing deals with well-known brands will trump the loss and even more dilution, if necessary ... just imagine if Mr. Shareef announces that he has a deal with LeBron James for syndication of his premium video content !!!

In my opinion, FWIW, I believe that such an announcement would put the NASDAQ required $3.00 closing bid price for ADTM in the rear view mirror never to be seen again.

Ed, I do want you to know again that whatever you decide to do, if anything, I certainly will respect and understand your decision.

I also, want to apologize for the length of this post as it went way beyond the initial topic ... I did take the liberty of addressing what seem to be just about everybody's issues with regard to Mr. Shareef, the Company and it's business and what I believe to be great potential. My hope is that there might be some potential retail investors and/or traders out there who might find the bottom half of this post of some interest and which they can read with an open and unbiased mind.

I wish you the very best with your investments and hope you enjoy the holidays.
