MJNA has repeatedly stated they would enter the MJ market once it is legal for them to do so where we'd quickly see more products and lower materials costs as they are big enough and have the resources to adapt quickly. One simple acquisition, partnership or supply contract and they are in the game. I also believe they would begin reporting Dixie revenue which would be great for their numbers.

However, MMJ hasn't been legalized... DEA enforcement has been "defunded" (which doesn't prevent the DEA from shifting money around to fund their anti-MJ campaign in other ways or through other branches.) so while MJ remains a schedule 1 drug and illegal in most states... the c-web strain has very limited distribution as it can't be shipped outside of Florida and there is nothing to stop every other branch of law enforcement from busting pot businesses and users. CBD oil can currently be distributed world-wide without fear of being busted so equivalent competition doesn't exist in the current climate.
