So it turns out that the persistent rumors are true... The potential of a deal in the KSA is huge.
I noticed that the goal of the impending trip to SA will be "demonstrating the system and supporting the distributor in establishing a commercial sales, training and product support program for the region."
Apparently the distributor they're dealing with casts a wide net.
The sordid saga of the EPA confirms what we've suspected for a while. Dysfunction on a colossal scale, at the taxpayers' expense, and damaging not only commercial interests, but costing lives. Hiring this law firm certainly was the right move IMO. Hope they can move forward.
I can't help feeling some frustration, now that we finally have some communication from management... how much grief and anxiety could have been spared if a little more information had been made available over the past six months. To say nothing about the abuse and ridicule that management themselves have had to endure.
Oh well, at least now we know that real things are happening.
