The mere fact that the CEO hasn't sold any shares can prove that he is really smart by holding on to them tight or it can prove that he isn't very bright(don't like the word dumb) - time will tell. As for me I have been an investor here for years - and even added to my position over the past year. The same can be said for me as for being bright or not so bright - time will tell. I do think that I have ignored many warning flags and now wished I would have used my brain more than my heart/emotions.

Is it true that the CEO has another full time position with a company outside of this industry?

Why didn't the CEO address shareholders over an apparent third party posting tweets using the DUTV name.

Why is the TORQ deal so speculative - even after a year plus.

Where is the revenue coming from - why are the invoices not being paid, why are their losses - even with little overhead there are losses.

I could go on here but I am now questioning my judgement. I want to believe but as time goes on it is becoming harder and harder.

My opinions as always and yes, I am a frustrated investor here - it just might be about time for me to take my bat and ball and go home.
