would you mind telling me why it is that you respond to people on this board who haven't done a lick of DD, yet you won't respond to my posts that deal with real issues like ...

I've actually done research that is impartial! Research that is not on LinkedIn, Facebook or in company filings nor company articles. You don't like it and are now saying I haven't done "a lick of DD" because you know what I am saying is FACT! Shareef lied last December concerning OneScreen. Shareef's back-pocket majority held a special meeting and greased more pockets just to give Shareef what he wanted by valuing OneScreen based on their business PRIOR to them being called out for fraudulent business practices and valuing it at HALF THE AUTHORIZED FLOAT just days after that same group had to include a special clause to the OneScreen deal to guarantee ADTM a lousy $50,000/month. At that rate, it will be two DECADES before the cost is recouped.

Shareef screwed shareholders by opening two offices in San Fran and New York just so he could be across the hall from a 3rd party security company....and this came after several pr's on how great in house "experts" and "industry leaders" were had to do the same damn thing. The burn rate is exponential while revenues are only slowly increasing. But yet scumbag misled shareholders by claiming he cared for shareholder value and transparency, and that the company would be profitable by the first half of 2014. And more and more and more....blah blah blah...until the other day when Shareef issued a pr that was written in a way that twice it implied ADTM was a small cap NASDAQ company. The man is a lying piece of crap and you refuse to admit anything negative about him and his actions because you make it too personal for yourself.....you would rather fall in love with the likes of Franks and Shareef than admit they aren't the Saints you claim.

But don't try to assume you know me..... and have some self respect and respond directly to me instead of your taking one shot after another at me when you respond to others. That is so childish and a sign of severe weakness....even for an old fart. No wonder you have fallen in love with everything Kasian Franks and Scumbag Shareef....you just can't admit to yourself that you might have got something wrong. I will say that you have probably been very successful in life so it is hard to face the fact that you might have it wrong about Shareef.

And then back to you asking Ed for help after you have posted dozens of times that you're Mr. Research and you "know what you own". A dumbass is still the most accurate comment I have read.
