I certainly remember "History" and there was never an "Affiliation/Agreement or Partnership" With "ENTI" and was dismissed by Mr. McHenry in a "Press Release"...

Further...Mr. McHenry was awarded 2,000,000,000 shares for Services rendered and has held them since and has only added to his position.

During the year ended May 31, 2011, the Company issued 2,000,000,000 shares of its common stock for services valued at $6,000,000; 302,000,000 common shares as a conversion of a $51,500 notes and 8,478,490 shares as a stock dividend.

That is from the Annual Report as well as reported in each Quarterly
