IMHO PR's usually do not make penny stocks go up.
It's usually done by companies hiring stock promoters.
To drag in short timers who are in and out-making quick bucks.
Whether or not they fund Mexico or not who knows.
IMHO this is just a shell like thousands others.
I wouldn't pay the current trading price.
Too long for audited financials IMHO points to no $.
CEO has no track record here in USA.
Ore has high % of sulphur.
Tired of talking about a mine they haven't funded nor closed.
Tonopah is worthless if they don't do anything with it IMHO.

It's way overpriced especially after a 1-40 RS which kicked shareholders in the butts.
