CN, I looked at the filing (13G) just announced and there were about 134 million OS as of Dec 14th. It also appears that common was issued as a result of conversion of preferred. How much preferred is out there for conversion? I was thinking of picking up some, but overhang of convert. preferreds could get pretty dilutive at this low price.

What is the ratio of conversion to common on the preferreds?
