Do you really not know that Yates and his previous beverage company (Vancol) were declared bankrupt in Denver Federal Court, that Yates was permanently banned from being a fiduciary and Yates was forced to pay $150,553 restitution to his employees profit-sharing and tax sheltered savings plan for the money he stole?

Most of this info was already posted on this iHub board in post 4368 and on Yahoo.
