I agree. He proves the patent and cert is lost; tax liens continue; anyone capable of reading English will discover plenty warranting a quick retreat from mmtc. They do write cold checks - several, and are being sued over it. The reader will discover the mmtc inventory has been cleared from the books November 1, 2014. mmtc has yet filed taxes for 2012 and 2013. Guess what? 2014 is almost over.
