I think a company Amazon's size is looking for a content company that actually has content. POW! has story treatments that need to be turned into content. POW! is more likely to be bought out by a company that creates content, like Disney, Dreamworks, Sony, NBCUniversal, etc.
POW! should have been turning Stan's story treatments into actual stories ( novels or graphic novels) over the last five years. POW! would then have a content library, maybe worth buying.

I would, on the other hand, have no problem if Amazon wanted to buy POW! for several hundred million dollars.
