We all carry our own views, this happens to be mine. Laura's actions are no different than any other since the arrival of Chip Hoffman. The difference merely comes in the fact that since Chip's departure there were TWO reverse splits.

Nevertheless, it is meaningless banter until either formal bankruptcy is declared or YA takes Neom private (I personally believe the latter of the two should be our concern).
