Type "RENUEN" in the search box. There are about a dozen, and you will quickly notice that they are all "copy and pastes" of all the other smear stuff that was put out there.

Funny thing about that site: They claim they will never take any of it down, even at the request of the original author, BUT there is a place you can go and pay a few hundred dollars and they will advise you on what you can do about it.

This is why it was listed in the original complaint that the smear damage done, is also ongoing. Even with a judgment in favor of RENU, some of these sites will still have the garbage on display.

AND, even beyond that, anyone with decent searching skills can still find pages that were removed (cached) or posts that were removed. Just have to know how and what to ask Google. The internet is forever.

Lastly, we know how things work here with new investors, and probably the same with new business or contacts: Peeps do a rudimentary search, find the trash, and that becomes their soapbox. Takes a lot more posts and links of truth and facts to undo one or two untruths. Hopefully the judge or jury realize this in their consideration of penalties.
