Unless JRT comes around and tells us he got a decent check.

I am not privy to what his lawyer told him to do. So he may or may not get a check for some time....and he may never go public with it. That is certainly his prerogative.

Could just be talk as well. To each his own criteria though.

Seriously. If someone started a company and it is currently valued in the billions.... you wouldn't attribute any weight to what that person says and to what he has already accomplished? I think that is BS. Some folks words are much cheaper than others.

However if you are simply saying nothing happens until it happens, then I too subscribe to that. But that is not at all what you said.
