Its a few months away, actually, before an official decision is made/announced. That is what I was told when I contacted BFRE directly. It takes time (not as much as the DOE). Also, DOE, per the company has not sent a yay or nay on the appeal. So that is also still in play. Contact the DOE too and they will tell you that the appeal is still in the decision process. Its called Freedom of Information Act. Not giving a 'nay' already is a good sign historically with the DOE. (see other appeal cases for time frame--again Freedom of Information Act). I'm not sure why people spend time arguing in the world when a few phone calls and personal meetings can fill in the blanks. Life is as simple as you make it, kids. My grandpa raised me well.

Also, BFRE was very informative. There is no "toxic debt" also. So information you may hear about "toxic debt" and "millions of shares diluting" is false information. That debt was all taken care of last year. No millions of toxic shares will be hitting the market. The sky will not fall and nor will any of us starve in the street.

Again, I repeat: Call the company yourself. I'm just so tired of reading those words, I took action a month ago and reached out to both the company and the DOE. Each of you can do the same. It was so easy, my grandma could do it. Everyone I spoke to or emailed are very friendly and an open book. There is no set answer though if the funding will go through. We all know that. Either with EXIM or DOE or both. But we are all risking it with the information we have. Just like any person risks with any stock be it Apple, Gold or Wheat. But there is NO TOXIC DEBT. I repeat. Again, I repeat, call the company and the DOE. You will get the answers you seek instead of being confused by misinformation.

Also if you live in Orange County or SoCal, make an appointment with the company and tell them the amount of shares you own. They will gladly meet with you and walk you through their books. They are extremely open, friendly and helpful with dispelling rumours and myths. I am so happy I invested in this company a year ago. And I'm still not selling. Enjoy your day all.
