I don't blame the flippers too much because the flippers exist everywhere in almost every OTC stock. I think the weak hands are the real major problem here because without weak hands those flippers will be either no way to flip (they couldn't reload the shares at the lower price) or have to flip for the losses (buy at the higher price then sell at the lower price in order to get out)! It was the weak hand who usually bought the shares at the higher price then cut the loss at the lower price due to impatience to hold the shares at the paper losses!

Ideally if 90% or more shareholders are the strong hands who only "buy the shares then hold all" and never sell at the bid then even many flippers jump in a run the stock price will be pushed to the significant higher price level due to hard to find the shares to buy and having to buy at the asks! Should the flippers decide to sell to get out they would have to sell either at the bids to take the losses or wait for the next strong hand to bail them out at the asks! Either way the stock price will get higher and higher no matter whether the flipper join or not...
