Thank you. In my opinion, their accountant did not help them with reporting inaccurately. As they are in hot water by authorities or SEC for Filing inaccurate reports for other clients. Accountant refused to do it at this time for Fbcd as they planned earlier. Mr. Russo had to step up and file reports on his own. But he does not know much about financial statements or filing. This is what I think had happened and it is just my opinion.
