Didn't VGE produce pellets at Grassland, which is in Asia, only to stop production?

Schewe has been around since before Chang took back VGE for non-payment. He even had Karl meet with his financing buddies in Colorado. What dots need to be connected? Hasn't all this been analyzed already and shown not to be doable?

Plus oil is dropping big time. Alternatives can't compete with $100 p/b of oil. Now it's below $60. Who would build now?
