Well not the news we hoped for. Looks like Spirit Bear will not go quietly or cheaply. I think there is a minimum time between having a special electron and announcing it. I'm not going to waste time looking it up, but from my experience it seems to be a bit over 30 days. That probably pushes any meaningful PRs out to late Jan. Spirit Bear can't hope to elect ay board members (they are the ones who are responsible for the current price because of their selling of 500,000 shares). They do not appear to represent the well being of the company, but of their own pocket book.
They also seem to have the money to fight enough to cause problems. Hopefully the litigation to get shares back based on their misrepresentation goes better. But for now we sit and wait.
